Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Constructo collects, why, and how you can control it. We kept it straightforward — no unnecessary legalese.
1. Who we are
Constructo (constructo.lol) is operated by us as a public link-in-bio page platform. For privacy questions, contact hello@constructo.lol.
2. Data we collect
Account and profile: email, username, photo, banner, bio and other content you publish. Service usage: dashboard pages visited, theme preferences and page settings. Public page visitors: page views, link clicks, anonymous visitor ID (cookie), referrer and basic technical data (browser, estimated country). Waitlist: email you voluntarily provide. Payments: subscribed plan and status stay in Constructo; sensitive payment data (tax ID, card) is handled by AbacatePay, not stored by us. Optional integrations: when you connect GitHub or Discord, we receive only data needed to display widgets (e.g. username, avatar, presence).
3. How we use data
To operate and improve the service; host and display your public page; authenticate your account; process subscriptions; show analytics in the dashboard; prevent abuse and fraud; provide support; comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process data based on contract performance (providing the service), consent (waitlist, optional integrations, non-essential cookies where applicable), legitimate interest (security, aggregated analytics, product improvement) and legal compliance.
5. Sharing
We use infrastructure and service providers — such as Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting) and AbacatePay (payments). They process data on our behalf under their own policies and agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for login and session. Public page visitors may receive an anonymous cookie (constructo_vid) for unique visitor counts and analytics. You can limit cookies in your browser; some features may not work correctly.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion of unnecessary data, withdrawal of consent and information about sharing. Send requests to hello@constructo.lol. You may also delete your account in settings when available, or request deletion by email.
8. Retention
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and ensure security. Analytics may be retained for limited periods according to your plan. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data except where retention is required by law.
9. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; contact us immediately if you suspect an incident involving your account.
10. Minors
Constructo is not directed at anyone under 18. If we learn we collected a minor's data without adequate parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised version.
