Terms of use
Last updated: May 2026
By using Constructo, you agree to these terms. We kept them straightforward — no unnecessary legalese.
1. The service
Constructo is a platform to create and publish public pages with links, blocks, integrations and custom design. We may update, add or remove features over time.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account and providing accurate signup information. Do not share credentials. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You retain rights to what you publish. By using Constructo, you grant us the license needed to host, display and deliver your page to visitors. You confirm you have the right to use all content you publish.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Constructo for spam, fraud, malware, illegal content, harassment or infringement of third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Paid plans
Plus and Pro features are subject to prices shown on the site and payment processing through our payment partner. Subscriptions follow the selected billing cycle; cancellations and refunds follow the policy in effect at purchase.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, third-party failures or force majeure may temporarily affect access.
7. Limitation of liability
Constructo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
